According to his obituary, Desruisseaux was a superb athlete as some would say “ Super Star."

After high school, he continued to pursue a career as a football player. He went to Milford Academy of New York and then to Snow College in Utah for a year, but he had to come home that was a little too far for his mama, his obituary said.

He and his brother Craig started their own business “Bucks Lawn & Services” It was a learning experience and then perfected it, his obituary said.

Next was his brother, Max took Desruisseaux under his wing and introduced him to the life of Mack trucks. They took the class together even though Max already knew how to drive. Once he graduated he only worked under someone for a short time before he started his own business “KNM’s Transport."

"He had big plans for his family, he said 2023 was his year," the obituary said.

His obituary said he was an excellent father to all his children and a great leader to those that weren’t his.
